| Couples Massage Classes -A hands-on class full of techniques and tips to help you give your partner a professional level massage in the comfort of your own home. Snacks and beverages provided. Each couple will receive massage oil as a gift. Bring a yoga mat or towel, a good attitude, and dress comfy! Young couples, old couples, and everyone in between are encouraged to attend. | Infant Massage Classes -Infant massage can enhance sleep patterns and alleviate colic or other common discomforts, all while enhancing a deep bond with your baby. Learn simple techniques to boost your confidence while discovering the joy of massaging your infant. Bring a yoga mat or towel, a positive attitude, and your sweet pea. It may be beneficial to bring your baby with a full tummy, but if you need to feed your child during the workshop, we provide a pro-breastfeeding environment or private rooms if needed. Snacks and beverages provided. Mothers, fathers, grandparents, and caregivers of all ages are encouraged to attend.
